Acrylic
I simply paint objects that move me. Over time, I slowly developed a feeling for the objects and how they harmonize with their surroundings; what is the relationship between light and shadow and so on, more and more. In order to create even better artworks, I need a lot of practice and a sharper observation of the objects. Of course everyone can learn techniques and at the end master them. Not only that, also the definition of art and every single part of it. But without motivation from within, it means nothing artistically.
Apart from that, I notice, when I am free of the fear of messing up, my paintings come to live and my painting movements has become more flowing. What does that mean? Does it mean I should trust myself more and I have to break the rules of what it should or could be, not just once but again and again, just to create my true art? My artworks in the gallery therefore reflected my development.

The enthusiasm for pictures that can bring all kinds of expressions onto canvas, coupled with my childish dream to hold on to the wonderful expressions, is how this mini portfolio was created. Each of these drawings has its own story and reflects the passion of my childhood. Album of the past, seeds of my present art painting.

Photography
It is easier to capture beautiful things with a Camera. Nevertheless, it is difficult to convey them as impressive as nature shows. How do you feel when you see all these pictures? Would you like to be in the nature?

When I was a child, I loved the japanese comics. And I was fascinated by all this beautiful images, especially his faces and expressions. They touched my heart so hard. Gradually the desire to hold on to them was growing. So I simply started to draw my favorite pictures with pencils...
Though, I was not familiar with painting techniques. But the love for the wonderful expressions had pushed me further and further. Until the school had took me a lot of time. Thus, this early sprouted hobby was shut down indefinitely.
Moved is not canceled. She slumbered and waited there patiently for me. With my life in a country full of beauty its Alps, which take up most of the country, the Alpine foothills in the north and east... my hobby germinated again. Although with a different painting technique or apparatus, but the beautiful things that touched me will became pictures.
Mingxia - Art collections are like picture of books. They tell a small piece from me and also a small part of my life...
